Hello! I see you're having trouble with Atlant VPN not working. I’d like to help you get this resolved. Could you please provide a bit more detail? For example:

- Are you unable to connect to the VPN at all, or does it connect but not provide internet access?
- Do you see any error messages when trying to connect?
- Are you using a specific protocol (like OpenVPN or IKEv2) or the default setting?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already?

Once I have this info, I can guide you step-by-step to fix the issue. In the meantime, here are a few quick things we can try, since you’re on Windows 10 with WebKit:

1. Restart your computer and router – sometimes a fresh start clears temporary network conflicts.
2. Check your internet connection itself to ensure it’s stable without the VPN.
3. Run Atlant VPN as administrator by right-clicking the application and selecting "Run as administrator," which can resolve permission issues.
4. Try switching VPN protocols if your app allows it — for instance, switch from UDP to TCP or try OpenVPN if another protocol is current.
5. Disable any firewall or antivirus temporarily to see if they might be blocking the VPN connection.
6. Ensure your Windows system and Atlant VPN app are updated to the latest versions.

Let me know what you experience with these steps, and if there are error messages, please share them with me. That way, I can help you better. Are you comfortable with trying these?

Доступ к интернету есть. При подключении VPN, я проверяю свой IP адрес. Он не меняется.

Thanks for the extra info! So, your internet works fine, but after connecting to Atlant VPN, your public IP address doesn’t change when you check it. That usually means your traffic isn’t actually routing through the VPN server, which is why the IP you see remains the same.

Let's try a few focused steps to address this:

1. Check VPN Connection Status: Make sure Atlant VPN actually shows "connected" and not just "connecting" or "disconnected."

2. Change VPN Server Location: Sometimes servers can have issues. Try connecting to a different city or country server within the Atlant VPN app to see if your IP changes then.

3. Disable IPv6: Windows 10 might be using IPv6 traffic that’s bypassing the VPN. You can disable IPv6 like this:
- Press Windows key + R, type ncpa.cpl to open Network Connections.
- Right-click your active network adapter → Properties.
- Uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" → OK.
- Reconnect VPN and check your IP again.

4. Reset Network Settings with Command Prompt:
- Open Command Prompt as administrator (search “cmd,” right-click, “Run as administrator”).
- Run these commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
- Restart your PC and try reconnecting.

5. Check VPN App Settings: Sometimes VPN apps have options like "Use default gateway on remote network" or "Split tunneling." Ensure that your VPN is set to route all traffic through the VPN (disable split tunneling if on).

6. Firewall or Antivirus Interference: Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus software to rule out blocking of VPN traffic.

If after these steps your IP still does not change, please let me know exactly what you see in the Atlant VPN client (connected status, any error codes), and which server you are connecting to. That will help identify if it's a client issue or possibly a server side problem.

Let me know how these go! Are you comfortable trying these suggestions now?

Эти действия не помогли. Ошибок не выдаёт, всё стоит по умолчанию. Пробовал все четыре сервера, Китай, Иран, Афганистан, Индонезия. Два дня назад всё работало .

Thanks for letting me know the steps so far and that the issue started just two days ago with no errors showing up. Since you've already tried multiple servers and everything is set to default, it helps narrow things down.

Let's try a couple more specific approaches:

1. Log out and log back into the Atlant VPN app: Sometimes authentication tokens expire or get stuck. Log out of your account from the app fully, then close the app, reopen it, and log back in again. This can refresh your credentials and configurations.

2. Redownload VPN configuration files: If your VPN client uses config files for connections (common for OpenVPN-based services), redownloading them can fix corrupted or outdated configs. Look in the settings or support section of your account for this option.

3. Check for recent Windows updates or system changes: Because this worked two days ago, did your Windows 10 install any system or network-related updates then? Sometimes Windows updates affect VPN adapters or network routing settings. If so, letting me know could help.

4. Check network adapter bindings and Atlant VPN's virtual adapter:
- Open Network Connections (ncpa.cpl)
- Locate the Atlant VPN virtual adapter (VPN connection)
- Right-click → Properties, confirm that Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) is enabled
- Make sure this adapter is not disabled or missing.

5. Disable any other VPN or proxy software: Conflicts between multiple VPN clients or proxy tools can cause routing issues. If you have others installed, try uninstalling or disabling them.

6. As a last step, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Atlant VPN client: Use Windows "Apps & features" to uninstall, then download and install the latest Atlant VPN version from their official site.

If after these steps the problem remains, there might be either a server-side issue or a more complex network configuration issue on your PC. At that point, contacting Atlant VPN support directly with logs and connection details would be the best course.

Please try these and let me know which you've done or if you need help with any of the steps! Are you comfortable performing the logout and reinstall first? 1
