Hi there! I understand you're having trouble with the "Continue with Email" option not working in the Caesars Slots app on your Windows device using WebKit. I'd like to help you get this sorted out.

To start, can you tell me a bit more about what's happening? For example:
- Are you seeing an error message when you try to continue with email? If yes, what does it say?
- Does the app freeze, crash, or just not respond?
- Have you tried this more than once, or from a different browser or device?
- Are you logged out of the app entirely, or stuck on the email step?

In the meantime, let's try some basic steps that often fix login issues:

1. Clear the browser cache and cookies for WebKit on your Windows 10 device. Sometimes old data can interfere with login options like email.
2. Check your internet connection to make sure it’s stable and fast enough; sometimes connectivity glitches can disrupt login flows.
3. Try logging in from a different browser or device if possible, to see if the problem is specific to WebKit on Windows.
4. Ensure your app or browser is up to date with the latest version, as outdated software sometimes causes compatibility problems.

If you have already tried these steps, please let me know so I can guide you through more targeted troubleshooting or account checks.

Would you be comfortable trying these steps and telling me what happens? That way, I can help you more precisely.

Hi Susanne,

You can try a few things that often fix the email login issue:

Use “Forgot P***word” on the email login screen—even without changing it, this can refresh the account link.

Check Windows permissions for Caesars Slots or your browser to allow internet access and pop-ups.

Log in first on your mobile, then try the same account on your PC—it can byp*** the email login problem.
