Hi there! I understand you're having trouble sending messages on the Talkie app where the send button seems unclickable. Let's work together to figure this out.

First, I want to gather a bit more information:
1. Are you seeing any error messages, or does the send button just not respond at all?
2. Have you recently updated the app or your Kindle device?
3. Are you having this issue with specific contacts or all of them?

Once I have a clearer picture, we can go through some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the additional details! If you're seeing an error message asking you to refresh Talkie, let’s try a couple of steps to resolve this issue. Here’s what you can do:

1. Refresh the Talkie App:
- Simply close the Talkie app completely.
- On your Kindle, swipe from the bottom of the screen (if applicable) to access your recent apps, and swipe Talkie away to close it.
- Open the app again and check if the error persists.

2. Check Your Internet Connection:
- Make sure that your Kindle is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. You can try opening a webpage or another app to see if the internet is working.

3. Update the App:
- Go to the Amazon Appstore, search for Talkie, and see if there’s an update available. Keeping apps up to date can often resolve issues.

4. Clear App Cache:
- Navigate to your Kindle's settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Talkie > Storage & cache > Clear cache. Clearing the cache can help with loading issues.

5. Reboot Your Device:
- Sometimes a simple reboot can do wonders. Just hold down the power button, select “Restart,” and wait for your Kindle to power back on.

Please try these steps, and let me know if you're still encountering the error after that!

Thank you for letting me know! Since you've done the first two steps, can't update the app, and have cleared the cache twice, let's try another approach to see if we can resolve this sending issue with Talkie.

1. Check for Device Updates:
- Make sure your Kindle itself is up to date. Go to Settings > Device Options > System Updates and check if there are any updates available. If there is an update, please install it.

2. Reinstall the Talkie App:
- Since you're having trouble updating, it might be best to uninstall Talkie and then reinstall it. To uninstall, go to your apps, find Talkie, and look for the option to uninstall. After that, go back to the Amazon Appstore, search for Talkie, and install it again.

3. Account Check:
- If reinstalling doesn't work, let's double-check your Talkie account. Can you ensure that you are logged in with the correct account? Sometimes logging out and logging back in can refresh the connection.

4. Try a Different Wi-Fi Network:
- If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Sometimes network issues can hinder app performance.

Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes! If the issue persists, we might need to take further action.
