Hi there! It sounds like you're experiencing an issue where Lake has stopped coloring but is still making sounds. Let's get a bit more information so I can assist you better.

1. Can you describe the sounds that are being made? Are they consistent or sporadic?
2. Have you noticed any changes in the app's functionality besides the coloring feature?
3. Did this issue start after a particular action or update?

This will help us pinpoint the problem and find a suitable solution together!

Thank you for the details! Since the sounds are consistent even when you're not touching the drawing, it could point to a couple of possibilities. Here are some steps we can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check for Any Pressures: Since the stylus might be sending signals without being touched, it's possible that the nib is stuck or exerting pressure on the sensor inside the pen. Try removing the nib and check if the sounds continue. If the sounds stop, you may need to replace the nib.

2. Calibrate Your Stylus: It’s not uncommon for styluses to misinterpret signals. Giving your stylus a calibration could help rectify this issue. This usually involves adjusting the pressure sensitivity settings.

3. Inspect for Dust or Debris: Sometimes, dust or other debris can interfere with the functionality. Make sure both the nib and tip of the stylus are clean and free from any obstructions.

4. Try a Different Drawing Surface: If the problem persists, try using a different drawing surface or app to see if it’s an issue with Lake alone.

5. Reinstall the App: If the issue is still not resolved by now, consider uninstalling Lake and then reinstalling it. This can sometimes address glitches that could be causing the sounds.

If you've tried these options without success, let me know, and we can explore further support options or other adjustments specific to your iPhone. Are you satisfied with the solution I provided?

Thank you for your patience and for providing that clarification! If your iPad's touchscreen is unresponsive, there are several troubleshooting steps we can try that could help resolve the issue.

1. Restart Your iPad: This is a simple yet effective step. To restart, hold down the Power button and either of the Volume buttons until the slider appears, then slide to power off. After it powers down, turn it back on after a few moments.

2. Check for Software Updates: Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and see if an update is available. If there is one, install it.

3. Clean the Screen: This may sound basic, but ensuring that the screen is free of dust, debris, or moisture can sometimes restore sensitivity.

4. Force Restart Your iPad: If the issue remains, try a force restart. For iPads without a Home button, quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then the Volume Down button, and then press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears. It's a bit different for older models with a Home button; let me know if you need those steps.

5. Disconnect External Devices: If you have any accessories connected, like keyboards or other devices, try disconnecting them as they can sometimes interfere with touch functionality.

6. Check for Display Settings: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, and make sure that settings like 'Touch Accommodations' are set appropriately.

If you've gone through these steps and your screen is still unresponsive, it may be worth contacting Apple Support for further assistance. You could also consider the option of checking for any hardware issues with the device, especially if it's an older model.

Let me know how it goes or if you have any questions about these steps! Are you satisfied with the solution I provided?

Thank you for the clarification! It seems to be specifically an issue with the Lake app itself rather than your iPad. Let's try a few steps to troubleshoot the app to see if we can resolve the coloring issue while still allowing the sound to play. Here are some steps you can take:

1. Close and Reopen the App: Sometimes apps just need a fresh start. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button) to see all open apps, then swipe Lake off the screen to close it. Relaunch the app and check if the issue persists.

2. Check for App Updates: Make sure that Lake is updated to the latest version. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for Lake. If there is an update, go ahead and install it.

3. Reset App Preferences: Sometimes resetting the app’s preferences can help. This varies by app; in some instances, reinstalling the app can reset preferences. Note that if you have saved work in the app, back it up first before proceeding.

4. Reinstall the App: If the above steps don't work, it might be helpful to uninstall the Lake app completely. To do this, press and hold the Lake app icon on your home screen until a menu appears, then select “Remove App” and confirm. After that, reinstall it from the App Store.

5. Check for Background App Conflicts: Sometimes, other apps running in the background could inadvertently cause conflicts. Try closing other apps that may be using resources or interfering with Lake.

If none of these methods work, it may be beneficial to reach out to Lake’s support team directly. You can contact them at [email protected] or [email protected] for further assistance. They may have more specific solutions or be aware of any bugs affecting the current version.

Let me know how it goes! Are you satisfied with the solution I provided?

Opting for a premium subscription in the Lake app often unlocks additional features that enhance your coloring experience, including more advanced tools, exclusive artwork, and possibly improved performance overall. However, it's important to note that while premium features can add value, they may not necessarily address the specific issue you're encountering with the app not displaying the coloring in real-time.

Here are some points to consider before making the purchase:

1. Feature Enhancement: The premium version may provide access to a wider range of art materials, colors, and brushes, which can enrich your coloring experience. This could help if you're looking for more creative options.

2. Bug Fixes: A premium subscription sometimes comes with ongoing support, which can result in more frequent updates and bug fixes. If the app has issues that are known to the developers, they could address them with updates in the premium version.

3. User Reviews: It's also helpful to check user reviews and experiences on platforms like the App Store or forums to see if other users found that upgrading improved their app's performance in similar situations.1

Ultimately, if you're interested in the premium features and believe they might enhance your experience, it could be a worthwhile investment. However, it may be beneficial to resolve the current issue first before committing to a purchase.

Would you like assistance with anything else regarding the app, or are you satisfied with the solution I provided?
