Hi! I understand that the Yukon app opens but crashes or closes when you make certain selections. Let’s get this sorted out.

Could you tell me a bit more about when exactly the crash happens? For example, does it crash right away after a specific action, or does it take a moment? Also, have you noticed if this happens with the same selection every time?

Meanwhile, here are some general steps we can try to fix app crashes on your Mac running OS X 10.15.7:

1. Restart Your Mac: Sometimes a simple restart clears temporary memory conflicts that cause crashes.

2. Update the App: Make sure your Yukon app is updated to the latest version via the App Store, as updates often fix bugs.

3. Clear App Cache: If the app stores temporary data, clearing it might help. On Mac apps, this sometimes means deleting cache files located in Library folders.

4. Reinstall the App: Delete the Yukon app and reinstall it from the official source. This can fix corrupted files.

5. Check for macOS Updates: Even though you're on Catalina (10.15.7), check if any security updates are available that might improve system stability.

6. Check for Conflicting Apps: Sometimes other software can interfere, so try closing other apps and see if the problem continues.

7. Check Your User Account: Try running the app on a different user profile to see if the crash is user-specific.

Do you know if you've tried some of these already? Also, if you can share any error messages or screenshots, that would help me guide you more precisely.

Let me know!

It opens then I’m forced to select The Yukon Season for the timed tasks to achieve and it logs out.it first happened when I made a purchase and then the area to get my purchase would never open again and closed. I’m trying to get a refund but haven’t received it yet but I have been playing and successfully made a purchase in a different area and it works but I made the purchase to use for another prize game. After the purchase the other game was instantly gone. Can you help me?

Thanks for the details—that helps a lot. It sounds like the Yukon app is crashing and logging you out specifically after you make a purchase, and then the purchased content (like the prize game) disappears or won’t open. Also, your refund hasn’t come through yet. I want to help get this sorted for you.

Here’s what I suggest we do next:

1. Confirm App Version: Make sure your Yukon app is updated to the latest available version in the Mac App Store. Sometimes bugs that cause forced logouts and purchase issues are fixed in updates.

2. Check Purchase Status and Account Sync: Log in to your Yukon account on their official website (if possible) or within the app to see if your purchase is recorded there. Sometimes the app and account get out of sync.

3. Force Quit and Clear Cache: Try force quitting the Yukon app using the Apple menu > Force Quit. Then, clear any cache or temporary data if the app allows it—for Mac apps, this can sometimes mean deleting app cache from ~/Library/Caches/Yukon (if such a folder exists).

4. Reinstall the App: Since the purchase is causing instability, uninstall the Yukon app from your Mac and reinstall it again to ensure no corrupted files are causing the crash.

5. Contact Yukon Support for Purchase and Refund: Since you mentioned the refund is delayed and the purchased item disappeared, this is likely something Yukon’s billing or support team needs to check. You might want to contact Yukon directly through [email protected] or their official support channels to escalate the refund issue and account problem.

6. Avoid Making Additional Purchases Until Resolved: To prevent further issues with your account, refrain from making other purchases until this is resolved.

This kind of forced logout and missing purchased content sometimes points to a server issue or account problem on their end. Getting support involved will help ensure your purchase and refund get properly tracked and your app sessions stay stable.

Would you like me to guide you through checking the app version and clearing cache on your Mac? Or help draft a message for Yukon’s support team about your refund and the app logout issue?

Let me know how you want to proceed!

Thanks for confirming! Since your Yukon app crashes after selecting “The Yukon Season” following a purchase and logs you out, and the purchased prize game disappears, let's try to address this more specifically.

Here’s what we can try right now on your Mac running OS X 10.15.7:

1. Force Quit the Yukon App:
- Click the Apple menu (top-left corner) > Force Quit.
- Select Yukon from the list and click Force Quit.

2. Clear Yukon App Cache:
- Open Finder.
- Click "Go" in the menu bar, then "Go to Folder..."
- Type ~/Library/Caches/ and press Enter.
- Look for any folders related to Yukon or the app developer (possibly named Yukon or Enixan) and move them to Trash.
- Empty Trash to clear these cache files.

3. Reinstall Yukon App:
- Delete the Yukon app by dragging it to the Trash.
- Empty Trash.
- Download and install the latest version from the official Yukon website or Mac App Store.

4. Check for App Updates:
- Open Mac App Store > Updates tab.
- If an update for Yukon is available, install it.

5. Verify Your Purchases and Account:
- Log in to your Yukon account (on their website or app).
- Check your purchase history to confirm the transaction and the prize game availability.
- If the prize game is missing despite a confirmed purchase, this confirms an account sync issue.

6. Contact Yukon Support:
- Since your refund hasn’t been processed yet and content disappears post-purchase, reach out to Yukon support at [email protected].
- Include:
- Your account details.
- Purchase receipt or transaction ID.
- Description of the crashing issues and disappeared prize.
- Ask specifically for help with restoring your purchased game and processing your refund.

Since I didn’t find direct information about “Proceed button” issues related to Yukon app crashes specifically in the search, this means it’s likely an app or account-specific bug rather than a universal problem1 2.

If you want, I can help draft the email to Yukon support to ensure it covers all the necessary details. Would you like that?

Are you ready to try these steps, or is there something else you'd like me to assist with first?
