Hi there! I understand your Groups app won't open even after restarting your phone. Let's see if we can get it working again. To start, could you please tell me:

- Are you using an Android or iPhone? (Just want to confirm since steps differ a bit.)
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app yet?
- Also, when you try to open the app, do you get any error message or does it just stay stuck?

This info will help me guide you better! Meanwhile, I’ll outline some common fixes we can try step-by-step once I know a bit more.

Thanks for the info! Since your Groups app on your iPhone is just stuck with no error messages and restarting didn’t help, let's try a few targeted steps to get it working again.

1. Force close and reopen the app:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click the Home button if you have one) to bring up the app switcher.
- Find the Groups app and swipe it up to close it completely.
- Then, tap the app icon again to open it.

2. Toggle iMessage off and on (if your group chats use iMessage):
- Go to Settings > Messages.
- Turn off iMessage.
- Wait about 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Retry the app after this.

3. Check for app and iOS updates:
- Open App Store, tap your profile icon, and scroll to see if there's an update for Groups. Install if available.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update to see if your iOS version is up to date. Sometimes bugs that cause freezing get fixed in updates.

4. Delete and reinstall the Groups app:
- Press and hold the app icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
- Restart your phone again.
- Go to the App Store, download and install the app fresh.

5. Reset Network Settings (helps with connectivity issues that sometimes affect apps):
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Note: This will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords, so you’ll need to re-enter them.

If after these steps the app still freezes or doesn’t open, there might be an underlying bug with the app or iOS version causing it. In that case, please let me know and I can help you explore deeper steps or suggest contacting Apple Support if needed.

Does this help? Would you like me to guide you through these steps?
