Hi! I’m Grace. I understand you paid for a 3-month subscription for the JustFit app, but now it’s not showing on your phone and it doesn’t recognize your email. Let’s get this sorted out together.

To help me understand better:
- Did you reinstall or update the app recently?
- Which app store did you use (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other)?
- Are you sure you’re signing in with the same email you used to purchase the subscription?

Meanwhile, here are some first steps we can try:

1. Restart your device: This simple step can refresh system processes.
2. Ensure you’re logged in with the correct email: Double-check the email and password you’re using.
3. Clear the app cache and data: On Windows with a WebKit browser, try clearing the browser cache or if you use the Windows app, clear its cache if possible.
4. Reinstall the app: Sometimes reinstalling the app helps it sync your subscription.
5. Check your purchase status: Confirm that the payment went through and that your subscription is active.

If the app still doesn’t recognize your account after these steps, it could be a syncing issue with the subscription data.

Would you like me to guide you through clearing cache or reinstalling the app? Or if you prefer, I can help you reach JustFit support directly for account validation.

Also, if you tried any of these already, please let me know so I can provide options beyond these.

Thanks for letting me know you already restarted your phone. About your question if downloading the JustFit app again will charge you another fee—the good news is, typically, reinstalling an app does not charge you again as long as you use the same account/email to log in. Your subscription is linked to your account, not to the app installation itself.

Here’s what I recommend:

1. Uninstall the app completely from your phone.
2. Reinstall JustFit from the same app store you used initially.
3. Open the app and log in with the exact email and password you used to purchase the subscription. It should recognize your active subscription and allow you access without charging again.

If it still asks for payment or does not recognize your subscription, please check your account management in the app store (Google Play or iTunes) to confirm the active subscription status.

If you want, I can also guide you through verifying your subscription on your account or help with reinstalling the app carefully.

Does that sound good to you?

Okay I always reuse the exact same email and had the pw stored in my phone. When I tried to download the icon and login, it will not recognize my email. I am sure I downloaded the FitMe sit and be fit? or may be I have the wrong program?

Thanks for clarifying! It sounds like there might be some confusion about which app you downloaded. You mentioned "FitMe sit and be fit," and that might be a different program from the official JustFit app.

To clear this up, could you please:

1. Double-check the app name and developer in your app store. The official JustFit app is usually called "JustFit: Lazy Workout & Fit" or similar, and it should have high user ratings and many reviews.
2. Uninstall the app you have now if it’s not the official JustFit app.
3. Reinstall the official JustFit app from your app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
4. Once installed, try logging in again with your original subscription email.

If you still have trouble logging in—even with the correct app—the next step is to reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option in the login screen. This can often resolve issues if the app isn’t recognizing your email correctly1 3.

If all else fails, contacting JustFit support directly can help verify your subscription and account details to restore your access.

Would you like me to walk you through reinstalling the correct app or resetting your password?

Looks like I did not sign up for 3 months after all and my subscription has expired. I think I'll just leave it as expired as its so difficult to contact support if there is a problem. But thank you very much for your assistance

I understand you’ve decided to leave your JustFit subscription expired for now. If you ever need to contact JustFit support in the future regarding subscriptions or any issues, here are the main contact options:

- You can email their support team directly at [email protected] for help with account or subscription problems.4
- If you want to manage or cancel your subscription, it is usually done through the platform where you purchased it (like Google Play Store or Apple App Store).1
- The JustFit FAQ and support pages on their official website can also provide useful information and ways to submit requests.3

If you reconsider and want assistance with reactivating your subscription or troubleshooting further, please don’t hesitate to ask me. I’m here to help anytime.

Are you satisfied with the options I’ve shared?
