I actually had my spouse clean and update software last yesterday. Had no problems with any other games and played all night and all day! This game seems to be the issue. Yes please help because it took me over a half an hr just to get you thru support! This occurred around 4pm...my last page purchased earlier. About hr and half ago. I didn't even think to take screenshot. Thought it was a once or twice glitch but it continued to so it throughout the entire game. I Started with $26 i believe and started getting black screen about 10 spins in....kept pushing it thinking I'd get my money back after it straightened itself out but was stuck on auto spin at that!!
