It appears that it doesnt not recognise my email address or mobile number, I have tried resetting my password but I get the 'a code will be sent to your email address' but nothing arrives , I have checked my junk emails as well, so i tried doing a reset with my mobile number...once again it says a sms code will be sent yet nothing arrives...
