To update your myCigna app on Android when it says a newer version is available but you can't find it, follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Play Store and manually search for the myCigna app to check for updates.

2. If no update appears, clear the app cache and data:
- Go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and select myCigna.
- Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

3. If that doesn't work, uninstall the myCigna app and reinstall it fresh from the Google Play Store.

4. Make sure your Android system is up to date by checking in Settings > System > Software Update.

5. If you still can’t get the update, contact Cigna support for help.
