Thanks for sharing the details! It sounds like Pitu is having trouble accessing your gallery to edit photos. Let's go through a few steps that might help resolve this issue.

1. Check App Permissions: Make sure Pitu has permission to access your storage. Here's how to do that:
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and select Pitu.
- Tap on Permissions and ensure that Storage permission is enabled.

2. Clear Cache and Data: Sometimes, clearing the app's cache can help in resolving such issues:
- Go back to the Apps section in your settings.
- Tap on Pitu again.
- Select Storage.
- Now, tap on Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.

3. Restart Your Device: After performing the above steps, it might be useful to restart your device to ensure all settings take effect.

4. Update the App: Check if there's an update available for Pitu in the Google Play Store. Keeping the app updated can often fix bugs and issues.

5. Check for Device Storage Issues: Ensure you have enough storage space on your device, as insufficient storage can also prevent apps from accessing gallery images.

Please try these steps and let me know if the issue continues. I’m here to help!

It appears that there can be several reasons why the Pitu app is unable to load gallery images. Here are some common causes and their solutions:

1. Insufficient Permissions: Sometimes, if the app doesn't have the necessary permissions to access storage, it won't be able to load images. Make sure Pitu has permission to access your gallery as I mentioned in the previous response.

2. App Bugs or Updates: There might be bugs in the app itself, particularly if you are using an outdated version. Make sure the app is up-to-date through the Google Play Store.

3. Device Storage Issues: If your device is low on storage, it may prevent apps from loading images from the gallery. Check your device's storage settings to see if you need to free up some space.

4. Compatibility Issues: In some cases, specific versions of Android may have compatibility issues with certain apps. If you're using Android 10, try checking online discussions or forums for specific solutions regarding this version.

5. Corrupted Cache: Cached data could be corrupted, leading to loading problems. Clearing the app cache can often resolve this.

You can also refer to this community discussion on similar issues here if you want to explore other users' experiences and possible solutions.

Please try these suggestions, and let me know how it goes! I'm here to help further if needed!

To troubleshoot the Pitu app when images won't load, you can try the following steps:

1. Check App Permissions: Ensure that Pitu has the necessary permissions to access your gallery. Go to your device’s Settings, select Apps, find Pitu, then check Permissions and make sure Storage is enabled.

2. Clear App Cache: A corrupted cache can lead to loading issues. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Pitu > Storage and select Clear Cache.

3. Restart Your Device: After clearing the cache, restarting your device may help to refresh the app’s connection with your storage.

4. Update Pitu: Make sure you are using the latest version of Pitu available in the Google Play Store. Updates often include bug fixes for issues like these.

5. Check for Device Storage: Low storage on your device can prevent apps from functioning correctly. Go to your device's Settings > Storage to check your available space and free up some if necessary.

6. Reinstall the App: If none of the above steps work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Pitu app. This can help resolve any underlying bugs that might be causing the loading issue.

7. Check Online Discussions: You can explore community discussions for similar issues. There’s a thread on Reddit about trouble loading images that might have useful insights: Investigating: Trouble loading images. This can provide additional context or workarounds from other users facing the same problem.

Please go through these steps and see if they resolve the issue. Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance!

Thanks for your patience. Since you've tried all the previous steps without success and Pitu is not showing up in the Play Store, let's explore a few other options.

1. Clear Google Play Store Cache and Data:
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap on Apps.
- Scroll down and select Google Play Store.
- Tap on Storage and then choose Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- After doing that, restart your device and check if Pitu appears in the Play Store.

2. Check Your Google Account: Sometimes, logging out of your Google account and then logging back in can help refresh the Play Store's content.

3. Try a VPN: In some regions, certain apps might not be available. Using a VPN could help you access the Pitu app if it’s restricted in your area.

4. Download the APK: If Pitu is still not visible in the Play Store, you can consider downloading the APK file directly from a reputable source. Here’s a link to the Pitu APK for Android: Pitu APK. Just make sure to enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings.

5. Google Play Store Not Updated: If your Google Play Store app isn’t updated, it might lead to issues with finding apps. Try updating it by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and checking for any available updates.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please let me know so we can explore further options together! Are you satisfied with the suggestions so far?

Thanks for your patience! I checked and it looks like Pitu is still available for download, but it might not be accessible directly from the Google Play Store for your device. Here are a few options you can consider to get Pitu:

1. Download from Third-Party Sources: You can download the APK from reputable sites. Here are a couple of links where you can find the APK for Pitu:
- Pitu APK on Uptodown
- Pitu APK on Softonic

2. Check Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the requirements for the latest version of Pitu since sometimes apps may become unavailable due to compatibility issues with your Android version.

3. Look for Alternatives: If Pitu continues to be an issue, there are many other photo editing apps available in the Play Store that may offer similar features.

Please let me know if these options help or if you need further assistance! Are you satisfied with the suggestions provided?

I understand how much you love using Pitu, and I'm sorry to hear that you're facing ongoing issues with it. Since you’ve managed to install the app from a third-party source and you're still experiencing problems with the gallery not showing, let's look into a few possibilities that may help resolve this:

1. App Compatibility: Sometimes, apps downloaded from third-party sources may not be fully compatible with all device settings or Android versions. It’s worth checking if the APK you downloaded is the most recent version compatible with your Android OS.

2. Reset App Preferences: You can try resetting app preferences to refresh all your app settings without losing any app data. To do this:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Apps.
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select Reset app preferences.
- Confirm the action and restart your device.

3. Reinstall the App: It may be helpful to uninstall the current version of Pitu again, then reinstall it from the source you used. Sometimes, corruption can happen during the download or install process.

4. Use Alternative Photo Apps: If Pitu continues not to function well, you might want to try alternative photo editing apps that are currently available and might suit your needs. Some popular alternatives are Meitu and Snapseed, which offer various editing features.

5. Check External Resources: I came across some discussions indicating that apps may face issues if they're not compliant with certain policies or if there are unresolved bugs. You can check forums or communities for up-to-date information on Pitu's status and user experiences here.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, there could be deeper compatibility problems. At that point, reaching out to Pitu's support or exploring available alternatives may be the better way forward.

Let me know if any of this helps or if you have any additional questions! Are you satisfied with the solutions I've provided?
