Hi there! I understand you’re having trouble submitting your PIN in the Georgia Power app. Let’s work through this together.

First, could you please tell me if you are experiencing any error messages when you try to submit the PIN? Also, have you tried restarting the app or your iPad? Sometimes, a simple refresh can help resolve these kinds of issues.

If everything looks fine so far and it's still not working, let’s try a few steps:

1. Check Your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable network connection. If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to cellular data, or vice versa, and see if that helps.

2. Update the App: Ensure that the Georgia Power app is up-to-date. Go to the App Store, search for the Georgia Power app, and see if any updates are available.

3. Reinstall the App: If updating doesn’t work, you could try deleting the app and then reinstalling it. This often clears up any glitches.

4. Check for iOS Updates: Sometimes, updating your iPad's software can help with app compatibility. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and see if there's an update available.

Let me know if any of these steps help, or if more issues arise!

Thanks for the clarification! It sounds like you're able to enter your PIN, but when you try to submit it, it goes back down and doesn’t allow you to proceed. Let’s see if we can get this fixed.

Here are a few things to check and try to help resolve this issue:

1. Check for App Updates: Sometimes, bugs can be fixed with updates. Go to the App Store, find the Georgia Power app, and see if there’s a new version available for download.

2. Clear Cache: Although iOS doesn't have a direct cache clearing option, reinstalling the app can help. You can delete the app and then reinstall it from the App Store. This often clears up any glitches that might be preventing submission.

3. Ensure Proper Device Orientation: Make sure your iPad is in the proper orientation (portrait or landscape) while entering the PIN, as sometimes the display can be affected by the orientation. Try switching between them to see if that makes a difference.

4. Test with Other Apps: If other apps on your iPad are running fine, this confirms that the issue lies with the Georgia Power app. If other apps also have trouble responding, there may be an issue with the iOS itself that might need an update.

5. Restart Your iPad: Turning your device off and on again can sometimes resolve unresponsive behavior.

If you’ve tried all these steps and are still having trouble, I recommend reaching out to Georgia Power support for further assistance at [email protected].

Let me know how it goes or if you need any more help!
