Hi there! I’m here to help you figure out why you're not able to send cards through Jacquie Lawson Ecards. Let’s see what might be going on.

Could you please let me know if you're receiving any error messages when you try to send a card? Also, have you checked your membership status to ensure it's current? Sometimes, an expired membership could prevent you from sending cards.

Let's start with these points, and I can guide you further based on your responses!

Thank you for your response! Since you’re not seeing any error messages, let’s check a couple of things that may help you send cards successfully.

1. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, old data can cause issues. Here’s how to clear them on your Mac:
- Open Safari (or your preferred browser).
- Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab and then select Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove All to clear all cached data.
- After that, close and reopen your browser, then try sending a card again.

2. Check Your Membership Status: Please verify that your membership is current and that you're logged in properly. A problem with membership could restrict certain functionalities, including sending cards.

3. Log Out and Log Back In: Sometimes, simply logging out of your Jacquie Lawson account and logging back in can resolve issues related to session cookies. Please try that as well.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, let me know and we can explore further options or escalate the matter. Are you comfortable trying these steps?
