Hi! I understand that after you enter your iPhone password on the O2 Venue App, it logs you out immediately. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have.

To help you better, could you tell me if this happens every time you try to log in? Also, is it just after entering your iPhone password prompt (like when accessing secure areas of the app), or does it happen during the general login process too?
