Hi there! I see you're having trouble with the AT&T Personal Cloud app not connecting. Could you tell me a bit more about what exactly happens when you try to connect? For example, do you get an error message, or does the app just stay stuck trying to connect?

In the meantime, here’s a set of initial steps that can often resolve connection issues with the AT&T Personal Cloud app on your Android device:

1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or has good mobile data coverage.

2. Keep the app open and connected to power: Sometimes, the app works best when it stays open and the phone is connected to the charger.

3. Restart your phone: This can refresh your device’s network settings and clear any temporary glitches.

4. Sign in again: Make sure you are signed into the AT&T Personal Cloud app with your correct user ID and password. If you're unsure, try signing out and signing back in.

5. Update the app: Check the Google Play Store to ensure you have the latest version of the AT&T Personal Cloud app.

If you’ve tried these already, please let me know which ones so I can suggest more advanced steps, like checking your account status or network settings.

Are you currently on Wi-Fi or cellular data when trying to connect? And is the issue happening only on this device or others as well? This info will help me pinpoint the problem better.

I have done all of the above and no solution has worked. It says a message that it cannot connect at this time and flinches

Thanks for letting me know you’ve already tried the basics. Since the AT&T Personal Cloud app is giving a "cannot connect at this time" message and flinching, here are some next steps tailored for your Android 10 device that can help address deeper app or account issues:

1. Clear the app cache and data:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps.
- Scroll and tap AT&T Personal Cloud.
- Select Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear cache, then Clear storage/data.
- Open the app and sign in again. This resets app settings and can resolve hidden glitches.

2. Check app permissions:
- In the same app settings page, tap Permissions.
- Make sure the app has access to Storage and Network permissions specifically, as these are critical for functionality.

3. Reinstall the AT&T Personal Cloud app:
- Uninstall the app fully.
- Restart your phone once more.
- Download and install the latest version from the Google Play Store and sign in fresh.

4. Verify your AT&T account and Personal Cloud add-on:
- Sometimes connectivity issues arise if there's a hiccup with your cloud subscription status.
- Log into your account on the myAT&T website and make sure the Personal Cloud service is active and properly linked to your account7.

5. Reset Network Settings:
- On Android 10: Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
- This clears saved networks and can fix stubborn connectivity issues without deleting your personal data.

If after these steps the problem persists, it's possible there might be a temporary server-side problem with Personal Cloud services, or a deeper account issue that needs specialist attention. In that case, I’d recommend contacting AT&T support directly for account verification and server status.

Please try these and let me know if the app behavior changes. I’m here to help you get your cloud access working smoothly again! Are you comfortable proceeding with these?
