Hi there! I see you mentioned an outage issue with the eMembership Card app. Could you please give me a bit more detail? Are you experiencing trouble accessing the app, or is there a specific feature that isn't working as expected? Also, is this issue happening right now on your iPhone running iOS 18.5? This info will help me guide you better.

Thanks for sharing that the eMembership Card app on your iPhone is not loading at all. Let’s try a few steps to get it working again.

1. Force close and restart the app:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone screen and pause in the middle to open the app switcher.
- Find the eMembership Card app and swipe it up to close it completely.
- Then reopen the app and see if it loads.

2. Check your internet connection:
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection, as the app needs internet to load membership data.

3. Restart your iPhone:
- Sometimes a simple restart of your device can clear temporary glitches.

4. Update the app:
- Go to the App Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, then scroll to the eMembership Card app and tap “Update” if available.

5. Reinstall the app (this often fixes loading issues):
- Tap and hold the app icon, choose “Remove App,” then confirm “Delete App.”
- Reinstall it from the App Store by searching for “eMembership Card” and downloading the latest version1.

6. Check for iOS updates:
- Sometimes app compatibility issues are fixed in iOS updates. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install updates if available.

If after these steps the app still won't load, it could be a server-side outage. In that case, waiting a little while and trying again later is often best.

Would you like me to guide you through any of these steps? Or have you already tried some of them?
