Hi there! I see you haven’t been receiving surveys from YouGov on your iPhone running iOS 17.6.1. I’d love to help get this sorted out for you. Just to get a better idea, have you noticed if this started recently? Also, are you getting any notifications or emails at all from YouGov, or is it completely silent? And have you checked your account settings on the YouGov app or website?

Meanwhile, here are a few easy checks and steps we can try:

1. Check Survey Frequency Setting: On the YouGov website or app, under “Personal details” or “Account settings,” there’s an option where you can set how many surveys you want to receive. Sometimes this resets or defaults to fewer surveys. Make sure it’s set to receive a good number of survey invites.

2. Email and Notification Settings: Double-check your iPhone’s notification settings for the YouGov app to ensure notifications are allowed. Also, check your email spam or junk folder—sometimes survey invites get filtered there by mistake.

3. App Updates and Login Status: Ensure your YouGov app is updated. Log out and log back in to refresh your session, which can fix connectivity issues.

4. Network Connection: Because survey links often need active internet, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to be sure your network isn’t blocking or slowing communication.

If you’ve tried these or if these don’t help, let me know. We can go deeper by checking account status (sometimes accounts get marked inactive) or other possible issues.

Does that sound good? And, have you made any changes recently that could influence survey delivery?
