Did you ever find a solution to this problem? My daughter's app is doing the same thing and it's very annoying. The chromebook is brand new, like just opened the other day brand new for this purpose of online schooling. It's not going to so well if the instruction videos are always freezing up.. I guess nothing beats in-person schooling.. I need to get this to work right, so she can work right, and I can work right! Thank you
