Hi there! I'd love to help you get your MooWii Gaming app account set up. Could you tell me a bit more about what happens when you try to create a new account? For example, do you see any error messages, or does the app just not respond? Also, have you already tried anything like restarting the app or your device? This info will help me guide you better.

Thanks for sharing those details! It sounds like the verification email isn't arriving and you're seeing the "no verification code obtained" error. Let’s try a few steps together to resolve this:

1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes verification emails get filtered into spam or junk mail. Could you please check those folders in your email?

2. Ensure Email Address is Correct: Double-check that the email you entered has no typos or extra spaces.

3. Resend the Verification Email: Look for a "resend code" or similar option in the app during signup and try requesting the code again.

4. Try a Different Email Address: If you have another email, try registering with it to see if the problem persists.

5. Email Client Settings: On Android, sometimes email apps filter or block automated emails. Check if your email app or provider is blocking emails from MooWii Gaming.

6. Clear App Cache: On your Android 10 WebKit device, go to Settings > Apps > MooWii Gaming > Storage > Clear Cache. Then restart the app and try again.

7. Ensure Network Stability: Sometimes network issues can block email sending/receiving. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

If none of these steps fix the issue, it may be a server-side problem with the verification email system. If you want, I can help forward this to our support team for deeper investigation.

Would you like to try these steps first and let me know how it goes?

I found similar issues with other games and apps where checking spam, retrying with a different email, and clearing app cache helped1 3.
