When I try to log-in to the DayBand app, it tells my account exist already. It will NOT permit me to change my p***word. When I attempt to login , I get a band of what appears to be Mandarin/Chinese language

A bunch of Chinese characters appear at the bottom of the screen but doesn't log in.
