Hi there! I understand the Lib app is playing for a few seconds and then shutting off, and you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Let's work through this together.

Before diving deeper, could you let me know if this happens when you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? Also, does the app shut off when you’re trying to play a specific book or any content? This info will help me narrow down the cause.

Meanwhile, here are some steps you can try if you haven’t yet:

1. Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple reboot helps clear temporary glitches in the system.
2. Check your internet connection: Ensure your network is stable since streaming or downloading content requires a consistent connection.
3. Close background apps: Other applications running in the background might interfere, so close unnecessary programs to free resources.
4. Clear app cache or data if possible: Although reinstallation should clear most, some residual files might persist.
5. Update Windows 10: Make sure your OS is up-to-date by checking for any pending system updates, as outdated system libraries can affect app performance.

If after these the problem persists, we can look into more advanced troubleshooting like checking for software conflicts, running the app in compatibility mode, or verifying if any antivirus or firewall settings might be blocking the app.

Could you try these steps and tell me what happens? Also, any extra details you provide will be helpful!

Thanks for letting me know your internet connection is solid, and you've already restarted the device. That's helpful.

Since you’ve reinstalled the app and ensured a good Wi-Fi connection with a restart, the issue might be linked to something like app permissions, corrupted cache/data, or possibly conflicts with network settings.

Here’s what I recommend next on your Windows 10 device:

1. Run the app as Administrator: Right-click the Lib app icon and select "Run as administrator" to ensure it has all required permissions.

2. Check firewall and antivirus settings: Sometimes security software blocks parts of an app. Try temporarily disabling your firewall/antivirus and see if the app runs longer than a few seconds. If it does, you’ll want to add the Lib app as an exception.

3. Clear residual app cache or temporary files:
- Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.
- Look for a folder named related to Lib or the app’s publisher and delete it to clear cached files.

4. Check Windows compatibility mode:
- Right-click the app icon, select Properties > Compatibility tab.
- Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose Windows 8 or 7, then apply and try running the app again.

5. Update your video drivers and Windows system: Graphics driver issues can cause playback interruptions, so check for any available updates via Device Manager or your PC manufacturer's support site.

If these don't help, it’s worth checking if there are any known Lib app issues with Wi-Fi specifically on Windows 10. Some users have also reported conflicts that cause app crashes despite good Wi-Fi1 . If you want, I can help you with step-by-step guidance for any of the above or check further for updates or patches.

How does this sound? Would you like me to walk you through any of these steps?
