At the checkout before the barcode pops up a pop-up comes up and I can't click okay it's blank. I have reinstalled uninstalled restored on my phone cleared my cache everything and it is still not working

2. Try a Different Checkout Method:
- If your store allows, ask the cashier to manually enter your order number instead of scanning the barcode or QR code.
