Hi there! I understand you're experiencing glitches with the Focus Town app on your mobile device running Android 12. You mentioned it only works on iPad or PC, which isn't ideal since many users rely on mobile. Let's work through this to get you back on track.

To start, could you tell me a bit more about the glitches you're seeing? For example:
- Does the app crash, freeze, or fail to load properly?
- Are specific features not working or is the whole app affected?
- Have you tried any fixes so far, like restarting the app or device?

Meanwhile, here are some basic steps focused on Android devices you can try:

1. Clear the app cache and data: Sometimes, corrupted temporary files cause glitches.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Focus Town > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Restart your device and open the app again.

2. Update the app: Ensure you're using the latest version compatible with Android 12.
- Head to the Google Play Store and check if an update is available.

3. Reinstall the app: Uninstall Focus Town and then reinstall it fresh from Google Play. This can fix issues due to corrupted installation files.

4. Check network connection: A poor or unstable internet connection can lead to app glitches, especially for online features.

If you've already tried these or the problem persists, there might be a compatibility or bug issue that needs deeper investigation.

Could you let me know if any errors pop up or what steps you've done? That way, I can guide you with more advanced troubleshooting or connect you with the right support team.

Looking forward to helping you get Focus Town running smoothly on your Android!

Well first of all, it doesn't load in most Android versions on mobile phones. Whenever I create my character, it never loads and when I try to join a server, I get stuck in the matchmaking forever

Thanks for the extra details! I see that the Focus Town app on your Android phone is stuck after character creation and gets stuck in matchmaking indefinitely. That definitely helps narrow down the issue.

Based on what you described, here’s what I recommend trying next, specifically for your Android 12 device:

1. Force Stop and Clear Cache/Data Again
- Go to Settings > Apps > Focus Town.
- Tap Force Stop to close the app completely.
- Then go to Storage and clear both Cache and Data.
- Restart your phone before opening the app again. Sometimes a fresh start clears hidden glitches.

2. Verify Network Stability
- Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi.
- If using mobile data, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if matchmaking improves.

3. Check for App Updates
- Open Google Play Store and ensure Focus Town is updated to the latest version. Updates often include bug fixes related to Android compatibility.

4. Use a Clean Start (If possible)
- Create a new Android user profile on your device (if supported) to rule out user profile corruption causing the issue.
- Install Focus Town fresh on the new profile and try loading the character creation and matchmaking again.

5. Report the Bug to Support
Since this seems like a problem affecting multiple Android versions and especially after character creation, it might be a broader app bug. You can report this directly through the app’s support feature or their official contact channels to help the developers identify and fix it faster.

If these steps don’t help, it could be an underlying bug with the Android version compatibility that needs a developer patch soon. Meanwhile, do you happen to have access to another Android device (different model or version) you can try? That can help confirm if it's a device-specific or wider app issue.

Let me know how it goes or if you'd like help with any of the steps! I’m here to get this sorted for you.
