Hi there! I want to make sure I understand correctly—after you downloaded the Fortech app, the MOOZ app stopped working? Could you tell me what exactly isn't working in the MOOZ app? For example, are you unable to open it, are features not responding, or do you see any error messages?

Once I have a bit more detail, I can guide you through some steps to get MOOZ back up and running smoothly on your Windows device.

Thanks for explaining that! So you’re unable to share files in the MOOZ app the way you did before, and when you try to get help inside the app, it says there’s a problem. That sounds like something we can troubleshoot step-by-step.

Here’s what I suggest:

1. Check your internet connection – File sharing often requires a stable network. Make sure your Windows machine is connected and the connection is strong.

2. Restart the MOOZ app and your computer – Sometimes simply restarting the app or rebooting your system can clear temporary glitches.

3. Verify MOOZ app permissions – Since you mentioned you downloaded Fortech recently, check if that app or others changed permissions for MOOZ. On Windows 10, do this by:
- Clicking Start > Settings > Privacy > File system
- Ensure MOOZ has access to your files.

4. Clear MOOZ app cache and data (if possible):
- Look in the MOOZ app settings for cache clear options. This can fix corrupted temporary data.

5. Try sharing files of supported formats – MOOZ supports PDFs, JPG, PNG images, and MP3/WAV audio files for sharing inside lessons. Sharing unsupported formats might fail6.

6. Disable Fortech temporarily – Since you started seeing issues after downloading Fortech, it could be conflicting. Close Fortech and try sharing files in MOOZ again.

7. Update your MOOZ app – An update might have a fix for file sharing bugs.

8. If help within the app is failing – Try getting assistance via MOOZ web support or email at [email protected].

Would you like me to guide you through any of these steps? Or do you notice any error messages when you try sharing files specifically? This info can help me narrow down the cause.
