Hi there! I'm here to help you with your DMSS cameras being offline. Let's start by narrowing down the issue a bit. Can you let me know whether:

1. You're getting any specific error messages on the DMSS app?
2. Have you checked if the camera's power source is connected?
3. Are all your cameras offline, or is it just one particular camera?

With a few more details, I can provide the best steps to resolve this for you!

Thanks for the additional details! Since all your cameras are offline but have power, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get them back online.

1. Check Network Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working. You can do this by trying to browse the web or using another app that requires internet access.

2. Restart the DMSS App: Close the DMSS app completely and then reopen it. Sometimes, a simple restart of the app can refresh the connection.

3. Power Cycle the Cameras: Unplug the power supply of each camera. Wait for about 30 seconds and then plug them back in. This can often reset the connection.

4. Check Status Lights: Look at the status lights on your cameras. They can provide clues about their connection status (e.g., solid green for online, blinking or red for offline).

5. Update the DMSS App: Make sure that the DMSS app on your iPhone is updated to the latest version. Go to the App Store and check for any pending updates.

6. Restart Your Router: Sometimes, the router might need a restart. Unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

7. Verify Camera Settings in the App: Go to the settings for each camera in the DMSS app. Ensure they are configured correctly and see if there is an option to refresh or re-sync the cameras.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, I can look into further troubleshooting options or external resources. Would you like me to do that?

You're welcome! Once you’re home and able to check the cameras, it would be great to follow up on the troubleshooting steps we discussed. In the meantime, if you need to access your cameras remotely, you can consider using the DMSS app to check the live feed or any notifications from your cameras while you’re away.

Here's a helpful resource that explains how to connect to your NVR or DVR using the DMSS app if you need a guide: Dummies Guide to Remote Connection Using DMSS - YouTube.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance when you're home, feel free to reach out! Are you satisfied with the information I provided?
