Hi there! I understand you're having trouble logging into Gizmo. To help you best, could you please tell me:

- Are you trying to log into the GizmoHub app or a website?
- Are you receiving any specific error messages or stuck on a particular screen?
- Have you recently changed your email or password associated with your account?
- Is this happening on your Windows device using the WebKit browser?

With those details, I can guide you through the right steps to get you logged in. Meanwhile, a common issue some users face is the app trying to use a different email (like Gmail instead of Yahoo) which causes login failure.

Once I have more info, I’ll walk you through some quick troubleshooting to resolve this.

Thanks for sharing that you're facing login troubles with Gizmo. To help me assist you better, just to confirm:

- Are you logging in via the GizmoHub app on your Windows device using the WebKit browser?
- Are you seeing any error messages during login, or is the login button simply not responding?
- Have you experienced any changes recently with your email accounts, like switching from Yahoo to Gmail or vice versa?

A common issue others have reported is that the GizmoHub app sometimes tries to use a different email account (like Gmail instead of the original Yahoo email you registered with), which prevents login1.

Here’s a step-by-step approach you can follow:

1. Verify email and password: Make sure you’re entering the correct email address and password associated with your original Gizmo account.

2. Clear browser cache and cookies: Since you’re on Windows using WebKit, clear cache and cookies to remove any stored login data that might be interfering.

3. Try logging in from the GizmoHub app: If you haven’t, try using the dedicated GizmoHub app (not just the browser) to log in.

4. Check for app updates: Ensure your GizmoHub app is updated to the latest version.

5. Password reset: If you suspect the password might be an issue, try resetting it through the “Forgot Password” option.

6. Check linked email issue: If the app is defaulting to a different email (e.g., Gmail instead of Yahoo), try logging out completely, then log back in using the correct email. In some cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the app can clear saved account info.

7. Restart your device: Sometimes a quick reboot can help clear any temporary glitches.

If you see a specific error message or the problem persists after these steps, please share that exact message or behavior so I can provide deeper troubleshooting.

Are you okay to try these steps, or would you prefer I guide you through them one by one?

Thank you for those details. Since you’re seeing a "service is not available" message when logging in with your email, and the verification code sent to your linked phone number doesn’t proceed but just keeps loading, this points to a possible service disruption or a backend issue on Gizmo's platform rather than an account or device problem.

Here’s what I suggest:

1. Check Gizmo's service status: Sometimes the login and authentication servers can have temporary outages or maintenance. You can check Gizmo’s official support channels or their status website if available.

2. Try a different network: If possible, switch to another Wi-Fi or use cellular data to rule out any network-related restrictions that might be causing the service to be unreachable.

3. Clear the app cache or reinstall the app: On your Windows device, clear any cached data related to the GizmoHub app. If that’s tricky through the browser, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you have a fresh start.

4. Use an alternative login method: Since you have your phone number linked, see if there is an option to log in via phone number instead of email, or request a new code.

5. Wait and retry: If this is a server-side issue, sometimes waiting for a little while before trying again resolves it, especially if Gizmo is performing maintenance.

If after trying these steps the problem remains, it may require escalation to Gizmo technical support to check if your account has any backend problems or if they are aware of current service issues. You can reach Gizmo support directly via [email protected].

Please let me know if you’d like me to guide you through clearing cache or trying another network, or if you want me to help draft a support email for you. Are you satisfied with this approach?
