Had the exact same issue with Chattee on my Windows PC last week! First check if your OS build meets the minimum system requirements—most times it’s outdated Windows runtime libraries or missing VC++ redistributables. Also try running the app exe as administrator, that byp***es a lot of permission blocks that stop it launching.
