Hi there! I understand that when you try to view the bracket page on the SportsEngine Tourney app on your Android device, you’re not able to scroll to see the full bracket. Let’s try to get that sorted out.

To clarify a bit, are you using the mobile app or the browser version on your WebKit-based Android device? Also, is the bracket page not scrolling horizontally, vertically, or both? Knowing this will help me pinpoint the best steps.

In the meantime, here are some general steps focused on the bracket page scrolling issue:

1. Check for app updates: If you’re using the SportsEngine Tourney app from Google Play, ensure it’s updated to the latest version. Sometimes, bugs related to scrolling or display get fixed with app updates.

2. Try refreshing or reopening the page/app: Sometimes the bracket view may not load fully on first open. Close and completely restart the app or reload the bracket page in your browser.

3. Clear cache for the app/browser:
- For the app: Go to Android Settings > Apps > SportsEngine Tourney > Storage > Clear Cache.
- For browser: Visit Settings in your WebKit browser, find privacy or data settings, and clear cached data.

4. Rotate device screen: Turn your phone from portrait to landscape to see if the bracket becomes scrollable horizontally.

5. Zoom out or pinch screen: If the bracket is larger than the view, try pinching to zoom out slightly to bring the entire bracket into view.

6. Test on another device or browser: If possible, check the bracket page on another phone or desktop browser to see if it scrolls correctly there.

If these initial steps don’t fix the issue, I can help with more advanced suggestions such as checking app permissions or verifying if the tournament bracket was created with the correct settings to allow full viewing.

Could you let me know if you see any error messages or if the bracket area appears frozen? Also, which exact method you are using (app or browser) will help.

Looking forward to your reply so we can get you scrolling that bracket smoothly!

Thanks for the extra info! Since you can scroll vertically but not horizontally, and you've already reinstalled the app and cleared the cache, it seems like the usual quick fixes didn’t do the trick.

Here’s what I suggest next for the horizontal scrolling issue on SportsEngine Tourney app with your Android 10 WebKit browser/device:

1. Try Landscape Mode More Intentionally:
Sometimes horizontal scrolling on brackets is limited when the view is locked to portrait mode. Rotate your device fully to landscape, and if your screen orientation is locked, disable that in your device’s quick settings or Display settings. This often reveals full brackets that need horizontal scrolling.

2. Check for OS or Browser Compatibility:
The WebKit browser on Android 10 might have quirks with scrolling inside the app’s embedded browser views. If you’re accessing via browser rather than the app, try using Google Chrome or Firefox on Android, as they tend to have better horizontal scroll support for complex pages.

3. Adjust Accessibility or Gesture Settings:
Occasionally, system-wide settings related to gestures or scrolling can interfere. Check Android Settings under Accessibility and System > Gestures to ensure nothing is overriding or limiting horizontal swipe motions.

4. Use the Official SportsEngine Tourney App:
If you’re not already using the official app, switch over to that. It’s optimized for tournament brackets and supports scrolling better than mobile web views in many cases. You can find it on Google Play here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.siplay.tourneymachine_android

5. Report the Issue as a Bug:
If none of the above help and it’s definitely within the official app on a supported device, a bug might be causing the horizontal scroll to freeze. You can contact their support to alert them with details: [email protected]

Sometimes bracket layouts themselves can be tricky if they’re very wide—if you can, try accessing the bracket on a desktop or tablet to see if it scrolls properly there and confirm it’s not the bracket data or design that limits the scroll.

Let me know if you want guidance on changing any specific settings or if you’re using the mobile app vs browser, so I can tailor the instructions perfectly for you!

Are you satisfied with this approach so far?

Thanks for confirming you’re using the official SportsEngine Tourney app and the previous suggestions didn’t help. Let’s dig a bit deeper with some focused troubleshooting steps based on what I found in the SportsEngine support resources:

1. Update & Restart:
- Double-check the app is fully updated from Google Play. Sometimes incremental updates improve functionality like scrolling.
- After updating, restart your device to ensure any background app processes reset.

2. Try Viewing Different Brackets or Events:
- Sometimes the bracket layout for a specific tournament can affect scrolling. Try viewing a different event or bracket within the app (if possible) to see if horizontal scroll works there. This can help determine if it’s an app-wide issue or specific to certain brackets.

3. Enable “Force Enable Zoom” in App Settings:
- Open the SportsEngine Tourney app > Tap the menu or settings icon > Look for any display options.
- Enable any settings related to zoom or "Force Enable Zoom" if available, so you can pinch-zoom the bracket and view it wider.

4. Clear “Storage” Data (Not Just Cache):
- Go to Android Settings > Apps > SportsEngine Tourney > Storage, and select “Clear Storage” or “Clear Data.”
- Note: This will log you out and reset app settings, so you’ll need to sign in again but may resolve persistent bugs.

5. Contact Support with Device Logs:
- If none of the above work, collecting app logs can help the SportsEngine team identify the root cause.
- You can reach them directly at [email protected] and explain the horizontal scrolling issue on Android 10 with the latest app version.
- Mention you’ve tried reinstalling, clearing cache/storage, and tested different brackets.

6. Check SportsEngine Help Center for Known Issues:
- Visit https://tourney-help.sportsengine.com/en/ to view if there are current alerts or tips regarding mobile bracket viewing.

7. Alternative Viewing Options:
- As a temporary workaround, try accessing the bracket on a desktop browser at www.sportsengine.com/tourney if possible, which supports full bracket navigation.

If you want, I can guide you through clearing the storage step or help draft an email to support with all necessary details.

Would you prefer that, or do you want to try some of these advanced steps yourself first? Let me know how you want to proceed! Are you satisfied with this plan?
