Hi there! I understand you're experiencing crashes with the Flightview app when entering a flight number. Let’s work together to get this sorted out!

First, could you let me know what steps you've already tried? Also, are you receiving any error messages, or does the app simply close? This will help me assist you better.

open app, go to my trip, trey to add flight information but when I put airline code sometimes it closes then or if I get to put in the flight number, it closes then. I've deleted app and reinstalled, still the problem.

Thanks for the details! Since you've already tried reinstalling the app, let's explore a few other possibilities. Here’s a step-by-step approach:

1. Check for Updates: Ensure that both your Flightview app and your Windows operating system are up to date. Sometimes, updates may have fixes for known bugs that can cause crashes.

2. Clear App Cache:
- If the app has a cache option in its settings, clear it. This can help remove any corrupted data that might be causing the crashes.

3. Network Connection: Verify that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes disruptions during data entry can lead to crashes. You could try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you have that option.

4. Try Different Inputs: Instead of using the airline code, try entering the flight number directly, or vice versa. This may help us identify if there’s a specific issue with one of those inputs.

5. Run the App in Compatibility Mode:
- Right-click on the Flightview app shortcut.
- Select "Properties."
- Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
- Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select an earlier version of Windows, such as Windows 8 or 7. Then click OK and try running the app again.

If these steps don't help, it might be worth reaching out to Flightview support at [email protected] or try checking their help resources on their website here for specific support related to app crashes.

Please let me know how it goes or if you need any more assistance!
