Hi there! I understand that you're having trouble with pairing your Spacetalk device. Let’s get to the bottom of this together.

Could you please provide me with a bit more detail? For example, which Spacetalk device are you using (like Adventurer, Loop, or Life)? Also, have you encountered any specific error messages while trying to pair, or do you see any indication that the devices are connecting?

In the meantime, here are a few common troubleshooting steps to help with pairing:

1. Check Flight Mode: Make sure that the flight mode isn't activated on your Spacetalk device. If it is, turn it off.

2. SIM Card: Ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly and has sufficient credit, as a working SIM is required for pairing.

3. Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting both your Spacetalk device and your mobile phone can resolve the issue.

4. Bluetooth Settings: For the Adventurer, swipe down from the top to access the control center, tap on 'Settings', and then make sure Bluetooth is switched on.

5. Reset Device: If you’ve tried all the above steps and nothing has worked, you might consider resetting your Spacetalk device from the settings menu.

Please let me know how it goes or if you're facing a specific issue!

Thanks for providing those details! It sounds like you're experiencing a pairing issue after entering the code. Let's see if we can resolve this together.

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown to help you troubleshoot this issue:

1. Confirm SMS Code: Make sure you entered the code exactly as it was received in the SMS. Sometimes, extra spaces or incorrect digits can lead to connection problems.

2. Device Compatibility: Ensure that the Spacetalk app is updated on the device you're trying to pair with. An outdated app can sometimes cause connectivity issues.

3. Switch Devices: Since you mentioned using a different phone to receive the code, please ensure you're logged into the same Spacetalk account on the app where you're trying to pair. It's best to initiate the pairing from the same phone that receives the invite.

4. Network Connection: Check if both your Spacetalk device and your mobile phone have a stable internet connection. If one of the devices has a poor connection, it could result in a pairing failure.

5. Reset and Retry: If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try resetting your Spacetalk device to factory settings. After that, try the pairing process again from the beginning. If you need guidance on this, let me know and I can help!

If you've already tried any of these steps, please let me know, and we can look into more advanced troubleshooting or reach out to the support team if necessary. You can also find useful resources on the Spacetalk App Support page for further assistance.

Let me know how it goes!
