Hi there! I see you're encountering the "service temporarily unavailable" message with the JustPlay app. To help you better, could you tell me if this issue started recently and if it happens all the time or just sometimes? Also, have you tried any fixes so far?

Meanwhile, I’ll guide you through some steps that often resolve this kind of problem:

1. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure your Android device is connected to a stable internet source, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Try opening a website or another app to confirm.

2. Restart the JustPlay App
Completely close the app (remove it from recent apps) and then reopen it. This can clear temporary glitches.

3. Restart Your Device
Sometimes, a simple reboot of your phone can resolve connection issues.

4. Clear App Cache and Data
Since you're on Android 10, go to Settings > Apps > JustPlay > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and if that doesn't work, try Clear Data. This won't delete your account but resets the app.

5. Update the App
Check if there’s a new version of JustPlay on Google Play Store and install it. Sometimes updates fix server communication issues.

6. Check For Server Status or Outages
Sometimes the "service temporarily unavailable" is due to issues on the app's servers, which you cannot fix on your side. You might want to check social channels, forums like Reddit, or down detector sites to see if others are reporting similar problems currently.

If these steps don’t solve the issue, it might be a temporary server-side problem that the JustPlay team is already working to fix1.

Would you like me to walk you through any of these steps in detail? Or do you already know which ones you’ve tried? That way I can assist you better!

Thanks for letting me know that you’ve already rebooted the phone, cleared cache and data, and reinstalled the JustPlay app. Since the usual fixes didn’t solve it, this suggests the problem might be more persistent—possibly related to something beyond your device alone.

A few additional things we can explore:

1. Check Available Storage on Your Phone
Since some users have reported that insufficient memory can cause the app to get stuck or show errors, please double-check that your Android 10 device has enough free storage space (at least a few hundred MBs). You can find this under Settings > Storage.

2. Verify Network Restrictions or VPNs
Sometimes, VPNs, proxy servers, or strict firewall settings interfere with app connectivity. If you use any VPN or data-saving mode, try disabling it temporarily and then open JustPlay again.

3. Confirm Your Account Status
If the app is stuck on “service temporarily unavailable,” it could be related to your account or subscription status. Try logging out of your JustPlay account within the app (if possible) and then logging back in.

4. Wait for Server-side Resolution
There’s a chance this is a known ongoing issue affecting many users linked to server-side problems. Other users on Reddit have reported JustPlay being stuck for extended periods even after trying all usual fixes1.

If you want, I can assist you with confirming the storage, checking for VPN interference, or logging out and back in.

Otherwise, if the problem persists, you may want to contact JustPlay support directly at [email protected] as they can verify account/server issues and escalate internally.

Does that sound good? I’m here to guide you through any of these next steps.

Is it a possibility there's a problem on their end because it does say a team of scientists are working on it

Yes, it does sound like there could be a problem on JustPlay's end. I came across discussions where users mention ongoing issues related to the app, and some indicate that the development team (sometimes humorously referred to as "a team of scientists") is actively working on resolving bugs and glitches1.

If the app message specifically says that "a team of scientists are working on it," that likely means they are aware of the problem and are in the process of fixing it server-side or within the app itself. Unfortunately, this kind of situation usually means waiting for the team to push an update or patch.

In the meantime, since you've already done all the common troubleshooting steps, the best course is to keep an eye on official channels or community forums for announcements about fixes and updates. You might also consider reaching out to JustPlay's customer support if you want a direct update on the issue.

Would you like me to help you find where to check for official updates or announcements?

Great! For checking official updates, news, or user feedback on JustPlay app issues, these sources are usually helpful:

1. Google Play Store – You can check the JustPlay app page on the Google Play Store for recent user reviews and whether the developers have posted any updates or notes about issues and fixes. The app currently has a strong rating around 4.4 stars with over 1.3 million reviews, which indicates consistent user engagement and updates3.

2. Trustpilot – This site offers a wider range of user ratings and comments on the app’s performance, reliability, and payout legitimacy. JustPlay has a decent rating of 4.1 out of 5 from 1,656 reviewers, which suggests most users find it reliable but occasional issues may occur2.

3. Reddit Communities – Subreddits such as r/JustPlay and r/beermoney often have ongoing discussions where users share their experiences, including app outages or bugs. This is a good place to get real-time user reports and developer responses, if available1.

4. Official Support Email – For personalized help or official status updates, you can reach out directly to JustPlay’s support at [email protected].

If you want, I can help you draft a message to customer support or guide you on how to navigate these sites for the latest information. Would that be helpful?
