Hi there! I understand you're having trouble with the Rokkr app. Let’s work together to figure this out. Can you tell me a bit more about the issue you're facing? For example, is the app crashing, is there an error message, or is it not loading at all? Any details you provide will help us get to a solution faster!

Since I got a new internet provider, the app doesn't open, I can't open anything and can't find a URL, but when I turn on my WiFi at home everything works

It sounds like the issue might be related to the new internet provider and how the Rokkr app is connecting to the internet. Since the app works fine at home on Wi-Fi, let’s check a few things regarding your new internet connection.

1. Ensure Mobile Data is Enabled:
Make sure that mobile data is turned on your device. You can check this in your device’s settings under "Network & Internet" or "Connections."

2. Check APN Settings:
Sometimes, new providers have specific APN (Access Point Name) settings required for connecting to the internet:
- Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Mobile network."
- Tap on "Advanced" and then "Access Point Names."
- Compare your APN settings with the details provided by your new internet provider.

3. Try Rebooting Your Device:
A simple restart can often resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your Android phone, leave it off for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

4. Network Reset:
If the previous steps don’t work, you might want to reset your network settings. This will erase all your saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so make sure you note those down if you need them:
- Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth."

5. Check for App Updates:
Make sure the Rokkr app is up to date. Go to the Play Store and check for updates for Rokkr.

6. Contact Your ISP:
Since the issue started after changing your internet provider, it might be helpful to reach out to them to ensure there are no restrictions or settings that need to be adjusted on their end.

If you try these steps and the app still doesn’t open, let me know, and we can look into further troubleshooting options. Are you satisfied with the solutions I provided so far?
