Hi, I have done all the steps for troubleshooting as suggested. This only occurs on laptop (via different browsers as well), however, on my mobile device, there's no issue. I am switching between my profile and a delegate (corporate) profile. I have tried on both my PC (Bing) and Macbook (Chrome) and the same issue occurs. There are no other error messages. It allows me to select the delegate profile, but still shows as me after I've selected.
