Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that your Kia Access app hasn't been working since Saturday. Let's work together to get it sorted out.

To begin, could you let me know if you have tried any troubleshooting steps yet, like restarting the app or your device? And are there any specific error messages or behaviors you’ve noticed when you try to use the app?

Once I have a bit more information from you, I can guide you to the best solution!

Thanks for sharing that information! Since you've already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, let's look into a couple of other steps that might help resolve the issue.

1. Check Internet Connection: Make sure your device is connected to a strong internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data.

2. Clear App Cache (if applicable): Sometimes, remnants of the old app can cause issues. Go to your device's settings:
- Find the "Apps" or "Applications" section
- Locate "Kia Access"
- Select "Storage" and then click on "Clear Cache" or "Clear Data" (note that clearing data may require you to log in again).

3. Check Permissions: Ensure that the Kia Access app has all the necessary permissions enabled. Head into your settings, find the app, and review permissions like location, storage, and phone.

4. Try a Different Device: If possible, check if the Kia Access app works on another device to determine if the issue is specific to your current device.

5. Account Status: Verify if your Kia Access account is in good standing and hasn't been locked or suspended. You can try logging in on a web portal to check your account status.

If none of these steps work, it may be worth checking if there are any known server issues affecting the Kia Access app at this time. You can refer to community forums like Kia EV Forum for updates or similar issues reported by others.

Please let me know if you tried any of these or if you need further assistance!

To force an update for the Kia Access app, you can check if there are any over-the-air (OTA) software updates available directly within the app. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Open the Kia Access app on your device.
2. Go to the Maintenance section.
3. Look for Over-The-Air Software Updates. This will show you if there are any updates available that may have been installed or are pending.

Additionally, ensure that your device's software is up to date, as that can sometimes impact app functionality. If the app isn’t responding properly or not showing updates, sometimes a simple restart of your device can also help.

If you’re looking for further details or facing any difficulties, community forums such as the Kia EV Forum can also provide reports on common issues and solutions shared by other users.

Please let me know how it goes or if you need any more assistance!
