Hello! I see that when you open the ebtEDGE app, the screen stays blank even after reinstalling it. I want to help you get this fixed. Just to clarify, are you seeing a completely white or black screen with no buttons or content? Also, is this happening right after opening the app or after you try to log in?

In the meantime, here are a few steps we can try together to resolve the blank screen issue:

1. Clear App Cache and Data:
Sometimes leftover temporary files cause the app not to load correctly. Since you're on Windows and using the WebKit browser environment, you might want to clear your browser cache especially for the app's web resources. If you're accessing via an installable app, check if there is an option to clear cache in settings.

2. Check Internet Connection:
Make sure your internet connection is stable since the app needs to load data from servers. Try switching between Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot if possible.

3. Update the App and System:
Double-check that your app version is the latest available. If this is a web app, ensure your browser is fully updated. Windows 10 often pushes updates that improve compatibility.

4. Run as Administrator (if using desktop app):
Right-click the app icon and choose “Run as administrator” to give it full permissions which might help with loading resources.

5. Disable VPN or Proxy:
If you use a VPN or proxy, disable it temporarily as it may interfere with app connections.

6. Try Logging in via Website:
You can also try accessing your EBT information directly from the official website at www.ebtedge.com to verify if the issue is app-specific or related to your account.

If these don’t resolve the blank screen, please let me know what exact messages or icons you see, if any, and any error codes. We can then look into more advanced troubleshooting or check for any ongoing server issues.

Are you able to try these steps? Let me know how it goes!

I am able to use it on a web browser, but not the app, I open the app and immediately get a blank page with only the bottom banner saying account, so I don't see the boxes to even try to log in.

Thank you for confirming those details. Since you're able to use the ebtEDGE service via a web browser but the app immediately shows a mostly blank page with just the bottom "account" banner, it sounds like the app’s interface is not loading its main components properly.

There have been reports of this issue related to the ebtEDGE app showing a white or blank screen right after launch, with the login box missing, similar to what you’re experiencing. Some users suggest the app might have trouble loading UI elements due to cached data or app version glitches. Here’s what I recommend based on that:

1. Force close the app completely on your Windows device and reopen it to see if the screen loads properly.
2. Clear app cache and data through your device’s settings:
- Since you’re using WebKit on Windows 10, check if the app stores cache in your browser’s cache storage and clear browsing data (cookies, cached images).
3. Check for app updates from the official provider to ensure you have the latest fixes. The app may require updating if recent bugs are causing blank screens.
4. Try using an alternative app like Propel to access your EBT info temporarily. Some users recommend this workaround to view benefits while ebtEDGE issues persist1.
5. If none of the above works, reaching out to ebtEDGE support directly might help, especially if there is an ongoing issue or outage causing the app malfunction.

Since you’re already reinstalling the app and it hasn’t helped, clearing cached data and checking updates would be the next best steps. Could you tell me if you have the option to clear app data and cache in your environment? Also, are you accessing the app as a standalone installation or through a browser shortcut layer?

Let me know, and we’ll keep troubleshooting from there!

Thanks for your patience and for sharing more about the issue. Since you see only a blank page with the bottom "account" banner after opening the app—even after reinstalling—the problem likely involves cached app data or an app update glitch that a reinstall alone doesn't fix.

Here’s a focused set of next steps you can try to resolve this blank screen issue:

1. Clear the app cache and data manually:
- Since you're on Windows 10 with a WebKit browser environment, clear browsing/cache data for the app specifically:
- Open your browser’s settings.
- Go to Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
- Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data.”
- Be sure to clear data related to the ebtEDGE app or website.
- If the app is installed as a desktop or standalone app, check if there's an option within the app settings or Windows Settings > Apps > ebtEDGE > Advanced Options to clear cache and reset data.

2. Check for app updates:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the ebtEDGE app installed. Sometimes, app developers release updates to fix bugs including blank screen problems.

3. Try accessing via a different method for now:
- If the app remains unresponsive, you can continue using the web version for your EBT account management.
- Alternatively, some users have mentioned using apps like Propel (a third-party app used to manage EBT benefits) as a temporary workaround until ebtEDGE app issues are resolved1.

4. Contact ebtEDGE support if the issue persists after these steps:
- There may be a known issue with the current app version or a server-side problem.
- You can email their support at [email protected] for direct assistance.

A lot of users on forums have reported similar blank screen issues with ebtEDGE and found that clearing cached data and ensuring the app is fully updated helps most of the time1.

Could you try clearing your app or browser cache now and let me know if that helps restore the login interface? If not, we can explore more advanced steps together.

Are you satisfied with this solution so far?
