Hi there! I understand that you’re having trouble getting the TrueLane app to work. I’d love to help you with that. Can you provide a bit more detail about what exactly isn’t working? For instance, is the app crashing, or are you experiencing issues with tracking your movements? Any specific error messages you’ve seen would be helpful, too!

Thanks for sharing that! Let's see if we can get the TrueLane app recording properly for you. Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Check Permissions: Ensure that the app has permission to access your location. To do this:
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and tap on TrueLane.
- Select Permissions and make sure Location access is enabled.

2. Keep the App Running: The TrueLane app needs to be running in the background to track your trips. Make sure you don’t close the app while using it. If you accidentally close it, it won't record your trips.

3. Enable Auto Tracking: In the TrueLane app settings, check if the Auto Track feature is turned on. Here's how:
- Open the TrueLane app.
- Go to Settings.
- Look for Tracking Configuration and make sure it’s enabled.

4. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet. A weak connection could prevent the app from functioning correctly.

5. Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the TrueLane app installed. You can check for updates in the Google Play Store.

6. Clear Cache and Data: Sometimes, clearing the app's cache can resolve issues. To do this:
- Go to Settings > Apps > TrueLane.
- Tap on Storage and then select Clear Cache. If problems persist, you may also try Clear Data, but this will reset the app's settings.

Try these steps and see if it resolves the recording issue. If you still face difficulties, please let me know, and we can explore more advanced troubleshooting!
