Hi there! I’d be happy to help you with the Pet Rescue Saga events program not working. To get started, could you tell me a bit more about the problem you’re experiencing? For example:
- Are the events not appearing at all, or do they appear but don’t function?
- Are you playing on a browser on your Windows 10 device or through an app?
- Have you noticed any error messages or strange behavior during the events?

This info will help me guide you through the best steps to resolve it.

Thanks for the details! Since you’re playing Pet Rescue Saga through Facebook on your Windows 10 device using a browser, and the events are not showing up even after refresh, restart, and full shutdown, let's try a few focused steps to potentially resolve this:

1. Check Facebook and King Profile Connection:
Sometimes events won’t show if the game is disconnected from your Facebook or King profile. In the game settings menu, log out from your King or Facebook profile, then log back in. This refreshes the connection and often restores events.

2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Cached data can sometimes interfere with event loading. Here's how to clear them in WebKit-based browsers:
- Open your browser settings (usually through the three dots or menu icon).
- Find the option for clearing browsing data/cache.
- Choose to clear cached images/files and cookies but keep passwords if you prefer.
- Restart your browser and then log in again via Facebook.

3. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode:
Sometimes browser extensions or settings block event content. Try opening Facebook and Pet Rescue Saga via a private/incognito window or a different browser to see if events appear there.

4. Check Internet Connection:
A weak or unstable connection can prevent event data from loading properly. Try switching Wi-Fi networks or use a wired connection if available.

5. Ensure Your Game is Updated:
Although you are playing through Facebook, some updates are pushed to the game backend. Logging out and back in after clearing cache might trigger these.

If after these steps, the events are still not visible, it might be an issue on the server side or a temporary problem affecting many players. You can keep an eye on the official Pet Rescue Saga Facebook page for any announcements. Also, feel free to reach out directly to their support email: [email protected] for advanced help.

Would you be comfortable trying these steps now? I can guide you through any particular step if you like.

Why are game events missing in Pet Rescue Saga on Facebook?

Great question! Missing game events in Pet Rescue Saga on Facebook usually happen if the game temporarily loses connection with your King or Facebook profile. When that happens, event content may disappear before the timer runs out because the game can’t sync properly with your account and event progress1.

Other common reasons include:
- A temporary server or backend issue on King’s side that affects event visibility for many players.
- Cached data or cookies in your browser causing display issues with event features.
- Changes in your Facebook connection or permissions.

Since you’ve tried refreshing and rebooting, I’d recommend checking that your Facebook and King accounts are properly connected inside the game settings, and also try clearing your browser cache and cookies (depending on your browser). This often restores the event display by re-establishing the syncing1.

If events are still missing after that, it could be a temporary outage or issue from King. You can watch the official Pet Rescue Saga Facebook page for announcements or contact their support at [email protected] for detailed assistance.

Does this explanation help you understand why the events might be missing? Would you like me to guide you through checking your connection and clearing cache next?

Thanks for asking! Looking at the information from the King Community and official sources, there were some known issues with Pet Rescue Saga on Facebook earlier in 2023—particularly around the game not working properly with stars, levels, and event features. Some players reported that events and other features didn’t load correctly because of these glitches, and King planned updates to fix them1.

While these specific reports are from the start of 2023, there haven't been widespread recent announcements about ongoing event issues on Facebook this year from the official Pet Rescue Saga page. However, since your event isn’t appearing, it could be due to a temporary glitch, connection issue, or server-side delay—things that do sometimes happen periodically with online games.

My advice would be to:
- Try the troubleshooting steps I shared earlier (checking account connection, clearing browser cache, or trying incognito mode).
- Keep an eye on the official Pet Rescue Saga Facebook page for updates or announcements2.
- If the problem continues, you could contact King’s support directly at [email protected] for more detailed help.

Would you like me to help you work through any of these troubleshooting steps now?

Hi! I understand your Pet Rescue Saga events on Facebook aren't working, and I want to help you get this sorted out. Since you mentioned events are not appearing and you’ve already tried refreshing and restarting, let's go over some proven steps based on recent community feedback and official help resources:

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Sometimes stored data interferes with the game loading correctly. To do this on your WebKit-based browser:
- Go to your browser settings.
- Find the option to clear browsing data or cache and cookies.
- Clear cached images/files and cookies (you can choose to keep passwords if preferred).
- Close and reopen the browser, then log back into Facebook and open Pet Rescue Saga again.

2. Check Your Facebook Connection:
Make sure the game is properly connected to your Facebook account and King profile:
- In the game settings, try logging out of Facebook/King accounts.
- Log back in to refresh the connection.
- This step often helps events to reappear as the game syncs your profile properly.

3. Try Incognito Mode or a Different Browser:
Browser extensions or specific settings can block parts of the game. Using a private window or another browser can help rule this out.

4. Verify Internet Stability:
Make sure your internet connection is steady, as poor connectivity might prevent event loading.

5. Keep an Eye on Official Channels:
Occasionally, the problem might be from the game servers. You can check for announcements or updates on the official Pet Rescue Saga Facebook page here: Pet Rescue Saga Facebook and the King Community forums. There have been reports earlier in 2024 of loading issues, but many are resolved by clearing cache or reconnecting accounts1.

If these steps don’t fix the issue, I recommend contacting King’s support directly at [email protected] for personalized assistance.

Would you like me to guide you through clearing your browser cache or checking your Facebook connection now?
